Overview
The Manager, Digital Signage Solutions is a product management role responsible for the strategy, evolution, and market success of Brightstar’s digital signage platform. This role owns the end-to-end product lifecycle—from vision and roadmap through delivery, deployment, and optimization—ensuring the solution meets the needs of lotteries, retailers, and internal stakeholders at scale.
This leader brings should poses experience deploying and managing digital signage solutions in complex, distributed environments and applies that expertise to grow the product offering, leverage cloud-native and AI-powered capabilities, and drive measurable customer and business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Define the product vision, roadmap, and prioritization for Brightstar’s digital signage solutions, ensuring continuity with existing capabilities while driving meaningful platform evolution.
- Translate market needs, customer feedback, and business objectives into clear product requirements, success metrics, and outcomes.
- Be able to define, track and adjust Key Performance Indicators to ensure product evolution is based on data and not intuition.
- Lead product discovery and definition for new capabilities including cloud-native scalability, real-time device management, analytics, and workflow automation.
- Ensure critical digital signage capabilities—such as content authoring, asset management, scheduling, preview, and deployment readiness—are fully leveraged and continuously modernized.
- Drive the transition from legacy or early-generation implementations toward a fully cloud-native, multi-tenant digital signage platform.
- Partner with architecture and engineering teams to ensure reliability, security, scalability, and performance aligned with Brightstar standards.
- Lead product readiness for large-scale deployments across multiple jurisdictions, devices, and retailer environments, drawing on prior external experience in digital signage markets.
- Define operational workflows for provisioning, monitoring, updates, and lifecycle management of digital signage networks.
- Collaborate with operations, marketing, and customer teams to support go-to-market readiness, pilot programs, and broad market launches.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities to apply AI and automation across the digital signage ecosystem, including content optimization, operational insights, predictive monitoring, and intelligent workflows.
- Partner with data and analytics teams to define success metrics and leverage insights to continuously improve product performance and customer outcomes.
- Champion responsible, scalable adoption of AI-powered capabilities within the product roadmap.
- Serve as the primary product owner, working closely with engineering, UX, architecture, security, marketing, commercial, and operational teams.
- Communicate product direction, tradeoffs, and outcomes clearly to executive and senior stakeholders.
- Mentor and influence teams through strong product management practices and customer-centric thinking.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated external experience deploying and managing digital signage solutions at scale, ideally across retail, regulated, or distributed environments.
- Hands-on experience modernizing or replacing legacy platforms with cloud-native solutions.
- Experience with AI-powered product capabilities, such as analytics-driven decisioning, automation, optimization, or personalization.
- Familiarity with large-scale device fleets, IoT-style communication patterns, and real-time monitoring.
- Experience in regulated or highly operational environments (e.g., lottery, gaming, or retail networks).

At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $74,961 - $164,800. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.
