Responsibilities
- Lead supplier administration, qualification, relationship management, and ongoing monitoring activities in accordance with corporate policies and procedures.
- Oversee supplier master data and supporting documentation to promote accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Coordinate supplier risk assessments, performance evaluations, and inspections with the relevant business functions.
- Manage procurement dashboards, spend analysis, process key performance indicators, and reporting to support governance and continuous improvement.
- Maintain procurement policies and procedures in alignment with corporate standards, internal controls, SOX requirements, audits, and external certifications.
- Lead sustainable procurement activities in collaboration with the departments involved in the process.
- Lead implementation, maintenance, and continuous evolution of the Ariba P2P platform in partnership with ERP, internal stakeholders, and platform vendors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 10+ years of procurement experience, including procurement governance responsibilities.
- Demonstrated expertise with SAP Ariba and Procure-to-Pay processes.
- Strong knowledge of supplier governance, risk management, procurement compliance, and internal controls
- Ability to collaborate effectively across Finance, Legal, Compliance, Risk Management, Audit, Operations, and Technology organizations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
- Master's degree in Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 15+ years of progressive procurement experience within a complex global organization.
- Italian language proficiency.

At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $59,795-$122,400. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.
