Overview
A UX/UI Designer will assist our team on with new product initiatives. They will collaborate with different teams by creating intuitive designs, clear and concise wireframes and functional prototypes based on our current brand guidelines, design systems and user needs.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with UX/UI leadership with creating user flows, wireframes and prototypes. Align new products with our design system.
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented correctly.
- Assist in building and maintaining our design system and guidelines.
- Summarize user research and apply this data to current baseline designs and new product initiatives. Iterate designs based on user feedback and stakeholder input
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in design or computer science.
- 3-5 years of experience in a UX/UI design or related field.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Proficiency in Adobe CS, including Illustrator and Photoshop
- Experience with Sketch and Zeplin is a plus.
- Basic knowledge with HTML and CSS.
- Solid foundation with WCAG standards.
- Provide examples of wireframes, user flows or prototypes.
- Strong communications skills and ability to work within a team.
