Responsibilities

Planning, coordination and performance of a series of actions, especially in relation with project costs, financial calculations, to launch the on-line system, instant system, video system or other lottery system or product. A person in this position has regional role with responsibility for managing projects work especially on the area of financial forecasts, costing plans and budget realization. Makes short-term and long-term decisions related to costings.

  • Fulfills a primary role in software costing process for regions: plans and coordinates all costing aspects of internal information system-specific projects from initiation to delivery. Projects usually involves network, server, or software implementation and upgrades.
  • Runs software costings for multiple jurisdictions, manages costing process, included creating, adjustments, improvements of current process.
  • Assists in developing of detailed project plan, recommends appropriate solutions due to the budget and cost obligations.
  • Analyzes, reviews and forecasts project spending.
  • Foreseeing feasibility of project requirements vs budget and costing constraints.
  • Manages / coordinates project teams in relation with costing actions needed or budget requirements.
  • Coordinates regular customer and internal project stuff review meetings.
  • Involvement in all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery within budget constraints.
  • Is responsible for the effective and timely management of all projects tasks, especially due to costings, throughout all project stages.
  • Involvement in planning, analysis and determination of priorities in respect of the company's projects and daily activities in the region as well as budget available at the certain stage.
  • Provides an assistance during supervisions of project processes, implementations and certifications of quality systems.
  • Acts as an agent for individual groups and persons involved in the project, ensures the proper circulation of information.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science Degree.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a costing/ finance area.
  • Practical knowledge of costing planning and analyzing in compliance with project requirements.
  • Experience in financial leading or costing management on the area of IT branch.
  • Fluent English is a must.
  • PM certification or similar will be an asset

This information reflects Brightstar Lottery’s good-faith estimate of compensation for this position at the time of publication. Actual compensation will be determined in accordance with the applicable collective agreement and internal compensation policies. Factors that we consider include, but are not limited to, role, career level, performance, skills, level of expertise, experience, location, market competitiveness, and internal equity. The estimated starting compensation range is 127,364 zł – 195,944 zł. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

This position is governed by collective bargaining agreement, which regulates the main terms and conditions of employment, including minimum salary levels, classification, working hours, leave, and other employment rights.
