Overview

The Manager, Delivery Business Analysis leads a team of Delivery Business Analysts responsible for defining, documenting, analyzing, validating, and managing business and functional requirements across system delivery initiatives.

 

This role combines people leadership, delivery oversight, quality assurance, and operational management to ensure that requirements are complete, traceable, aligned with approved scope, and effectively support successful project execution.

 

The position serves as a key partner to Product, Engineering, QA, PMO, Service, and customer-facing teams, driving consistency in business analysis practices while enabling high-quality solution delivery. 

 

Main Responsibilities

 

Team Leadership & Capability Development:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Delivery Business Analysts.
  • Provide ongoing performance management, mentoring, and career development support.
  • Build organizational BA capability and encourage continuous professional growth.
  • Manage resource allocation, workload balancing, and team capacity planning. 

 

Requirements Delivery & Governance:

  • Oversee requirements activities across multiple projects and delivery initiatives.
  • Ensure Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), business rules, workflows, reporting requirements, interfaces, configuration specifications, acceptance criteria, and traceability artifacts are complete and accurate.
  • Maintain alignment between documented requirements and approved project scope.
  • Support change control processes and requirement governance. 

 

Stakeholder Management:

  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, QA, PMO, Service teams, and customer-facing stakeholders.
  • Facilitate discussions to clarify scope, resolve ambiguity, and align delivery expectations.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate requirement-related risks.
  • Support decision-making across the delivery lifecycle.

 

Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement:

  • Review complex requirements, business analyses, impact assessments, and change requests.
  • Ensure readiness for development, testing, implementation, and operational handoff.
  • Establish and enforce BA standards, templates, methodologies, and review processes.
  • Identify recurring delivery challenges and implement process improvements to increase quality, speed, and consistency.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, or a related field is preferred. 

 

Experience

 

  • 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Requirements Management, Systems Delivery, Software Implementation, Related technology-driven environments
  • Proven experience leading complex requirements initiatives.
  • Experience mentoring, coaching, or guiding Business Analysts.
  • Experience managing Business Analysts within product, technology, implementation, lottery, or regulated enterprise environments is preferred.
  • Exposure to large-scale implementations, platform migrations, system conversions, product rollouts, and configuration-driven solutions is preferred.

This information reflects Brightstar Lottery’s good-faith estimate of compensation for this position at the time of publication. Actual compensation will be determined in accordance with the applicable collective agreement and internal compensation policies. Factors that we consider include, but are not limited to, role, career level, performance, skills, level of expertise, experience, location, market competitiveness, and internal equity. The estimated starting compensation range is 220,000.00 zł – 260,000.00 zł. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

 

In addition to base salary, employees may be eligible for an annual performance-based bonus with a set target (% of salary) aligned with individual and company performance. Eligibility and payout may be prorated based on date of hire and service during the performance period or sales commission.

This position is governed by collective bargaining agreement, which regulates the main terms and conditions of employment, including minimum salary levels, classification, working hours, leave, and other employment rights.
