Responsibilities
The Business System Analyst I, works under supervision to identify and validate business needs in order to create well-defined requirements associated with IGT product and service offerings. This position applies a systematic, disciplined, quantifiable approach to the development, operation, and maintenance of software through requirements management. Participates in synthesizing IGT, customer, and market requirements to support the evolution of IGT products and services.
- Work under supervision with business and technology team members to ensure seamless integration of business functionality and requirements throughout product releases or project deliveries.
- Document, analyze and interpret complex business policies and processes
- Manage issues and risks related to requirements
- Performs cost and benefit analysis (ROI)
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree with additional Education/Training in a Business Functional Area or equivalent.
- One or more years industry experience in a related field
- Must be familiar with packaged application software and MS Office, MS Project, MS Visio, Exposure/experience with SAP a plus
- General understanding of Software Requirements and Methodologies.
- Basic understanding of Software Design, Software Configuration Management, Software Engineering Process and Software Engineering Management and Software Engineering Quality

This information reflects Brightstar Lottery’s good-faith estimate of compensation for this position at the time of publication. Actual compensation will be determined in accordance with the applicable collective agreement and internal compensation policies. Factors that we consider include, but are not limited to, role, career level, performance, skills, level of expertise, experience, location, market competitiveness, and internal equity. The estimated starting compensation range is 95,907 zł – 147,549 zł. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

This position is governed by collective bargaining agreement, which regulates the main terms and conditions of employment, including minimum salary levels, classification, working hours, leave, and other employment rights.
