Responsibilities
- Assisting with system maintenance and the implementation of corrective solutions
- Initial diagnosis of incidents and issues reported by system users
- Verifying information related to reported system failures
- Troubleshooting issues remotely, by phone and via email
- Maintaining communication with support teams and software developers
Qualifications
- Availability and willingness to work shifts (24/7 coverage, 12-hour shifts)
- Communicative level of English
- Basic knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems
Nice to have:
- Technical education and/or knowledge of information technology
- Basic knowledge of Unix or OpenVMS
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as BMC Portal, SolarWinds Orion NPM, IBM Tivoli Enterprise Portal, IBM Systems Director, Zabbix, OSSEC, OP5, etc.

This information reflects Brightstar Lottery’s good-faith estimate of compensation for this position at the time of publication. Actual compensation will be determined in accordance with the applicable collective agreement and internal compensation policies. Factors that we consider include, but are not limited to, role, career level, performance, skills, level of expertise, experience, location, market competitiveness, and internal equity. The estimated starting compensation range is 64 000 zł – 91 000 zł. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

This position is governed by collective bargaining agreement, which regulates the main terms and conditions of employment, including minimum salary levels, classification, working hours, leave, and other employment rights.
