  • Document baselines, revisions, approvals, and change rationale.

Testing, Validation, and Acceptance Criteria:

  • Define clear acceptance criteria for complex requirements and business rules.
  • Partner with QA to validate requirement coverage across test scenarios, test cases, defects, and UAT activities.
  • Review defects to determine requirement gaps, clarification needs, or change control impacts.
  • Support customer validation by explaining requirement intent, decisions, constraints, and solution behavior.

Delivery Documentation Quality and Handoff:

  • Ensure final documentation reflects approved scope and delivered functionality.
  • Support service transition with documentation of key requirements, configurations, open items, and known impacts.
  • Contribute reusable examples, templates, and improvements to strengthen requirements consistency.

Qualifications

  • Typically 5 to 8 years of business analysis, requirements management, systems delivery, or software implementation experience.
  • Experience writing FRDs, SRS-style documentation, business rules, process flows, use cases, or equivalent delivery artifacts.

Preferred Qualifications
