Overview

As a Warehouse Lead, you will support Brightstar Lottery's warehouse, logistics, and inventory management operations by overseeing daily warehouse activities, leading inventory control processes, coordinating logistics support, and supervising warehouse personnel. This role is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and safe warehouse practices while supporting business objectives and service delivery requirements. This role will be located onsite in Trincity, Trinidad & Tobago.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate daily warehouse operations, inventory activities, and logistics support to ensure efficient execution of business requirements
  • Allocate work assignments and resources to warehouse personnel while supporting team productivity and performance
  • Establish warehouse KPIs and monitor performance metrics to drive operational effectiveness and continuous improvement
  • Lead inventory control activities, including stock counts, reconciliations, audits, and inventory planning processes
  • Verify inventory documentation related to shortages, damages, discrepancies, and stock movements to maintain accurate records
  • Manage shipping documentation and collaborate with vendors, brokers, and logistics providers to ensure timely deliveries
  • Champion warehouse safety, facility maintenance, and compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring

  • Completion of five (5) CXC passes, including Mathematics and English Language
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or inventory management environment
  • Demonstrated experience conducting inventory counts, reconciliations, reporting, and stock control activities
  • Hands-on expertise operating forklifts and material-handling equipment safely and effectively
  • Proven knowledge of inventory management systems, warehouse operations, and logistics processes
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and warehouse reporting tools
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

What Will Make You Stand Out

  • Degree in Business Management or a related discipline
  • Familiarity with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) processes and inventory forecasting
  • Background supervising warehouse teams and conducting performance evaluations
  • Exposure to regulatory inventory audits and compliance-related reporting
  • Track record of implementing warehouse process improvements and operational efficiencies
  • Understanding of distribution, field services, or logistics operations within a regulated environment

Physical Requirements

  • Lift inventory, warehouse materials, and equipment as required throughout the workday
  • Stand for extended periods while supervising operational activities and inventory processes
  • Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment in accordance with safety requirements
  • Move throughout warehouse facilities to conduct inspections, audits, stock counts, and operational oversight
