Overview

As a Warehouse Clerk I, you will support Brightstar Lottery's warehouse and distribution operations by ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, handling, tracking, and distribution of inventory and promotional materials. This role plays a critical part in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting Retail, Marketing, and Field Services teams, and ensuring a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment. This role will be located onsite in Trincity.

Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities against documentation, and ensure accurate inventory records.
  • Organize warehouse inventory by product category, brand, and storage requirements.
  • Coordinate stock issuance, picking, packing, scanning, and loading activities for field distribution.
  • Monitor inventory levels, investigate discrepancies, and report shortages, damages, or irregularities.
  • Conduct routine stock counts, vehicle inspections, and equipment checks to support operational readiness.
  • Maintain warehouse documentation, tracking records, and inventory control templates.
  • Support Retail and Marketing initiatives by preparing promotional materials, event supplies, and trade activation items.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum of five (5) CXC passes, including Mathematics and English Language.
  • Proven experience in warehouse operations, including receiving, binning, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
  • Background operating forklifts and material-handling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain inventory records, stock documentation, and warehouse files.
  • Working knowledge of inventory control processes, warehouse procedures, and safety practices.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and warehouse tracking systems.
  • Strong attention to detail with effective organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English is required

  • Familiarity with Pick and Pack inventory management systems.
  • Certification in forklift operation or warehouse equipment handling.
  • Understanding of 5S methodologies and warehouse continuous improvement practices.

Physical Requirements

  • Lift inventory, promotional materials, and warehouse supplies as required.
  • Stand for extended periods while performing warehouse and distribution activities.
  • Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely throughout the workday.
  • Maneuver stock, pallets, and equipment within warehouse and loading areas.
  • Work in an active warehouse environment with regular movement, carrying, and material handling responsibilities.
