Overview
What You'll Do
- Coordinate key People & Culture initiatives, special projects, and operational priorities to support business objectives
- Facilitate administrative and operational support for regional People & Culture leadership, including reporting, governance activities, and stakeholder alignment
- Lead the planning and execution of Corporate Social Responsibility and Afterschool Advantage programs, including budget tracking and impact reporting
- Manage employee engagement, volunteerism, and culture-building activities across the region
- Support onboarding coordination, probation tracking, and employee lifecycle processes in partnership with People Managers
- Maintain documentation, records, compliance-related reporting, and operational filing systems to ensure process consistency
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver People & Culture programs and initiatives across multiple Caribbean markets
- Perform other duties as assigned
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of progressive experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience coordinating complex projects, operational activities, and employee-related processes across multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and business reporting tools
- Proven ability to manage confidential information with sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines independently
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration skills

- Exposure to regional or multi-country operations environments
- Experience supporting HR systems administration and employee data management
- Knowledge of employee engagement, volunteer, or corporate social responsibility programs
- Familiarity with reporting, workforce analytics, and process improvement initiatives
- Background coordinating projects involving senior leadership and diverse stakeholder groups
- Understanding of Human Resources operations, policies, and workforce practices
