Responsibilities

This role is hybrid in Trenton, NJ.  Candidate must live in or near Trenton.

 

The Customer Service/Sales Specialist is responsible for selling company products and services via outbound phone calls to an existing list of clients.  This role focuses on closing sales, processing orders, and responding to customer questions, for NJ Lottery products.  While technical knowledge is preferred, strong communication and customer service skills are essential. Specialists may also support field sales teams, maintain customer databases, and contribute to post-sales and administrative activities, often working toward individual or team sales quotas.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES


Independently close routine sales with existing customers; Maintain customer relationships by ensuring satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities; Promote lottery products to retailers and support marketing efforts.

Qualifications

 

  • Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience
  • Comfortable handling inbound calls and emails
  • Capable of processing orders and supporting account servicing
  • Shows growing confidence in relationship-building with retailers

At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range for this role is $15.71 – $28.33. The actual pay offered may be higher or lower. The Company complies with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

 

Base pay is one part of our Total Rewards program. Non-exempt roles are eligible for irregular discretionary bonuses.
