Responsibilities
YOUR ROLE IN THE BRIGHTSTAR UNIVERSE:
As a Project Manager, Operations and Technology, you’ll help drive key initiatives that enhance how our Services organization operates and delivers value. You’ll lead projects that improve workflows, upgrade systems, introduce automation, and streamline service delivery across our field, call center, and supply chain teams. You’ll work closely with the VP of Supply Chain & Services along with partners across Operations, IT, and vendor teams to ensure timelines, milestones, and outcomes stay on track. This role blends project leadership, problem‑solving, and a passion for operational excellence to help Brightstar deliver efficient, reliable solutions across the business.
- Lead cross‑functional projects from planning through delivery, ensuring goals, timelines, and deliverables are met
- Support initiatives involving route optimization, service delivery improvements, automation, and new technology rollouts
- Partner with leadership to define scope, requirements, success measures, and project priorities
- Build and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and risk logs
- Facilitate project meetings... prepare agendas, drive alignment, track actions, and maintain accountability
- Troubleshoot obstacles, evaluate options, and recommend solutions using data and insights
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure technical and operational requirements are met
- Provide regular updates, summaries, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
- Adapt project approaches as business needs or priorities evolve
Qualifications
YOUR STAR QUALITIES
Required:
- 3+ years of project management experience with cross‑functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives at once
- Strong Excel skills, including analysis, reporting, and pivots
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Comfort working in dynamic, changing environments
- High attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred:
- Experience with SAP, Salesforce, or similar enterprise applications
- Background in operations, supply chain, technology, or field service environments
- Exposure to process mapping, automation efforts, or continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience coordinating with technical teams or external vendors

At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $37,500 - $115,500. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses. In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance. Note: programs are subject to eligibility requirements.
