Ruolo:

La risorsa sarà responsabile della progettazione, sviluppo e manutenzione di soluzioni sulla piattaforma ServiceNow, garantendo l’integrazione con i sistemi aziendali e il rispetto delle best practice. Collaborerà con team interni per analizzare i requisiti, implementare workflow, ottimizzare i processi ITSM, e nella gestione operativa

Responsabilità:

Sviluppare e configurare applicazioni ServiceNow (CSM, FSM, EAM.).
Implementare flussi di lavoro, business rules, UI policies, script e integrazioni.
Eseguire configurazioni base: form, workflow semplici, regole di business leggere.
Gestire aggiornamenti e release della piattaforma.
Supportare utenti e team interni nella gestione dei requisiti, risoluzione di problemi e nella corretta adozione della piattaforma.
Garantire la conformità alle best practice ServiceNow e agli standard di sicurezza
Risolvere problemi tecnici e fornire supporto di secondo livello.
Documentare soluzioni e processi implementati.
Disponibilità alla reperibilità.

Requisiti tecnici:

Esperienza nello sviluppo su piattaforma ServiceNow (almeno 2 anni).
Conoscenza dei moduli core: CSM, FSM, EAM.
Conoscenza di JavaScript, HTML, CSS e API REST/SOAP.
Capacità di configurare elementi base (UI Policy, Client Script semplici, Catalog Items).
Esperienza con integrazioni tra ServiceNow e sistemi esterni.
Conoscenza di MID Server, Flow Designer, Service Portal.
Capacità di scrivere Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions.
Buone capacità di troubleshooting.
Attitudine operativa, precisa e orientata ai risultati.
Buona conoscenza della lingia inglese.

Titoli preferenziali:

Esperienza in ambienti Enterprise.
Certificazione ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
Certificazioni aggiuntive (App Developer).
Costituisce titolo preferenziale la laurea in ingegneria.
