Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Game Producer to lead the creation of high-quality digital draw games for a global audience.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end production of games developed primarily by external development partners, ensuring they deliver modern, engaging, and market-competitive player experiences.

You will act as the key owner of the game vision, aligning internal stakeholders, external studios, and technical teams around a shared product direction. Your mission will be to translate strategic goals, player insights, and research feedback into concrete, high-performing game experiences that meet both business objectives and player expectations.

You will champion player experience, quality, usability, visual polish, and engagement, ensuring that every game released represents our desired level of excellence in a highly competitive market.

Working within a regulated environment, you will also ensure that all games meet compliance, technical, and operational standards while maintaining a strong focus on player satisfaction and performance.

Key Responsabilities:

  • Act as the primary owner and leader of external game development projects, ensuring delivery of high-quality, market-ready products.
  • Drive the creative and experiential vision of each game, with a strong focus on modern player experience, usability, visual quality, and engagement.
  • Define and/or directly produce early-stage production layouts and experience flows, including screen structure, user journeys, and core interactions, to clearly communicate the intended player experience to external studios.
  • Lead external studios in translating concepts into polished, competitive game experiences aligned with strategic goals.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to build alignment and consensus on product vision, priorities, and quality expectations.
  • Define, document, and evolve the game vision, scope, and roadmap, incorporating player research, market insights, and performance data.
  • Ensure the creation and maintenance of all production documentation (including Game Books for Concept Review and Green Light phases) that clearly communicate vision, feasibility, and experience goals.
  • Collaborate with creative, UX, technical, and backend teams to refine the product through iterative feedback loops.
  • Champion player-centric design and ensure research insights are translated into actionable improvements.
  • Oversee QA processes with a strong focus on experience quality, stability, and polish.
  • Track project progress, quality metrics, and experience KPIs, ensuring alignment with performance targets.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and misalignments early and proactively drive resolution.
  • Manage multiple projects in parallel while maintaining consistent quality standards.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience leading the production of online or mobile casino games or complex digital products.
  • Strong ability to translate game vision and player experience goals into structured layouts, flows, and functional specifications.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles, visuals, engagement, and usability applied to digital games.
  • Strong experience working with external development studios and vendors.
  • Proven ability to drive high-quality player experiences, not just on-time delivery.
  • Experience aligning diverse stakeholders around a shared product vision.
  • Ability to translate research, feedback, and data into concrete product improvements.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and structured production processes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in regulated or complex technical environments.
  • Proficiency with JIRA, Excel, PowerPoint, and production documentation.
