Activities

  • Hardware procurement management support
  • Asset inventory update
  • Regulatory research and IT governance best practices
  • Support for documentation and process automation
  • Collaboration with IT and Networking teams
  • Analysis and reporting (budget management) and compliance

Requirements

  • Good written and spoken English
  • Basic knowledge of technological infrastructure: servers, storage devices, clients, network equipment, and all hardware components necessary to support IT operations
  • Interest in IT, governance, and compliance
  • Good organizational, analytical, and technical writing skills
  • Autonomy, precision, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team and problem-solving

 

The following are a plus:

  • Familiarity with Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts)
  • Knowledge of PowerPoint for creating technical presentations
  • Familiarity with PowerShell or other automation tools

Professional Experience / Seniority

Not required, some academic or IT project experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Enrollment in a degree program (undergraduate or graduate) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Security or similar fields.

Modality

Extracurricular internship. 6 months.

Reimbursement: 1100.00 Euro/month + ticket restaurants: 11.00 Euros/day.

Smartworking

Up to 11 days a month.
