Breve Descrizione:

 

In ambito Control Room, la figura ricercata - che dovrà operare in turnazione 24/7 - deve garantire il presidio in tempo reale dell’allarmistica al fine di ottemperare tempestivamente all’escalation e/o a tutti agli interventi necessari ad assicurare il ripristino e la continuità nell’erogazione dei servizi.

Smart Working:

 

Possibile - alternato a presenza on-site, secondo la turnazione assegnata.

Principali Attività:

 

  • Presidio e processi di gestione console di monitoraggio reti, sistemi e applicazioni;
  • Troubleshooting, gestione Incidenti e Change Management;
  • Gestione e monitoraggio processi di chiusura concorsi giochi.

Requisiti:

 

  • Spiccate capacità di team working e problem solving;
  • Buona comunicazione verso clienti interni ed esterni;
  • Ottimo inglese parlato e scritto;
  • Strumenti MS Office;
  • Strumenti di monitoraggio.

Esperienza Professionale / Seniority:

 

Costituisce titolo preferenziale esperienza pregressa in ambito monitoraggi / risoluzione guasti / disservizi e troubleshooting, effettuata in turnazioni H24 7X7.
