Role overview:
The candidate will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of the product offering across online casino games, sports betting, skill games, and bingo. The role includes defining the launch strategy for each product, overseeing and promoting it throughout its entire lifecycle, ensuring a compelling, innovative user experience that complies with internal policies and regulatory requirements, while optimizing performance.
Responsibilities
- Define the strategy and roadmap for online casino products.
- Coordinate the launch of new games and features in collaboration with external providers and internal teams (CRM, IT, Responsible Gaming).
- Monitor product performance and optimize the offering based on KPIs, user feedback, and market trends.
- Manage the product lifecycle: pricing, promotions, positioning, and segmentation.
- Collaborate with the CRM team on engagement and retention campaigns.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to responsible gaming policies.
- Analyze user behavior and usage data to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain and develop relationships with key gaming providers.
Qualifications
- Degree in Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in Product Management roles, preferably in the gambling online or digital entertainment.
- Deep understanding of online games and market dynamics.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and product/project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven experience in team leadership.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Fluent English.
