Overview

The Project Analyst supports project planning, execution, tracking, and reporting for business-focused initiatives. This role partners with operational leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure project activities stay on schedule, risks are identified early, and stakeholders receive clear, data-driven updates. This is a non-technical role, focused on business processes, documentation, coordination, and operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Maintain project plans, action logs, decision logs, and risk/issue trackers.
  • Support meeting preparation, including agendas, materials, notes, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure project documentation is organized, current, and consistent with standards.
  • Create and maintain project dashboards, status reports, and KPI summaries.
  • Prepare clear and concise presentations for leadership.
  • Analyze data from stakeholders to identify trends, delays, or resource constraints.
  • Track project budget spend, forecasts, and vendor invoices (if applicable).
  • Serve as a central point of contact for project information and updates.
  • Communicate timelines, risks, and dependencies to project teams and leadership.
  • Support change management communications, training materials, and rollout activities.
  • Help document new processes, SOPs, or business requirements for project work.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across the team or functional area.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in project coordination, project support, business analysis, or similar.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, etc.).

At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $59,795 - $122,400. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

 

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program.  Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.  In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance.
