Responsibilities
We’re seeking a strategic, user‑obsessed Product Owner of User Experience to shape and elevate the end‑to‑end player journey across our digital products. In this role, you will define the UX vision and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver intuitive, analytics‑driven, high‑quality experiences across mobile apps, responsive web, portals, and back‑office applications.
As the voice of the customer, you will transform insights into an actionable roadmap, drive execution through Agile leadership, and ensure our experiences meet both business objectives and player expectations.
What You’ll Do
- Own the UX product roadmap, ensuring it reflects business priorities, client needs, team capacity, and customer insights.
- Champion user advocacy by leveraging research, player feedback, and analytics to influence product decisions.
- Translate strategy into action by breaking down initiatives into clear epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Lead cross‑functional alignment, partnering with architecture, engineering, QA, marketing, sales, and account management to deliver cohesive experiences.
- Monitor product performance using metrics such as adoption, conversion, and satisfaction; iterate based on data‑driven insights.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, balancing trade‑offs and maintaining transparency across teams.
- Support delivery activities including demos, training, RFP/RFI responses, and capitalization work.
- Provide Agile leadership through sprint planning, story refinement, and scope validation.
- Oversee releases, prioritize bugs, and ensure release notes and documentation remain accurate and up to date.
- Maintain deep product and industry expertise, guiding teams on capabilities, constraints, and best practices across the iLottery ecosystem.
About You
Required
- Bachelor’s degree—preferably in Design, Marketing, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field emphasizing structured thinking and user‑centric problem solving.
- 7+ years of experience in UX‑ or product‑related roles (e.g., Business Analyst, Product Manager, Product Owner, UX Analyst, Interaction Designer).
- Strong understanding of cross‑team product development, including BA, architecture, engineering, QA, marketing, and account management.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Proven ability to solve complex problems and translate ambiguous requirements into clear product direction.
Preferred
- Master’s degree or postgraduate certification in HCI, Interaction Design, UX Design/Strategy, Digital Product Design, or Product Management (e.g., MBA).
- 10+ years of experience in digital product management or UX‑focused roles.
- Certifications such as UX Certification, CSPO/PSPO, or training in Design Thinking, Service Design, or UX Research.

At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $74,961 - $164,800. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.
