Responsibilities

Brightstar is looking for a motivated professional responsible for our B-to-C player marketing activities across the US. In this role, the individual will be accountable for designing player activation and retention strategies and tactics, deploying campaigns on our CRM platform (email, SMS, push, and in-app notifications), integrating and executing player promotions, and operating campaigns end-to-end.

 

We are looking for someone with passion, energy, intellect, and drive that can bring fresh ideas, an analytical mind, and attention to detail to create approaches and processes for player marketing to support the growth of digital sales.

 


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design player communication strategies and tactics to activate and retain players
  • Define audience and segmentation rules/criteria for successful retention and activation campaigns
  • Convert plans into engaging player communication programs, promotions, and campaigns
  • Define technical requirements to execute campaigns on CRM platform
  • Define day-to-day operational processes, tasks, and schedules needed to deliver campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal team members to define marketing communication needs and goals of campaigns
  • Create A/B and multivariate testing strategies to ensure peak performance of subject line, send time optimization, and email content
  • Track and report campaign performance and provide measurement and optimization details in well-developed presentations
  • Create, implement, and track player promotions and/or work with internal and external resources to set up and deploy
  • Support GDPR/CASL/CAN-SPAN compliance and handling of Personal Identifiable Information (PII)
  • Coordinate with marketing technology vendor and internal technical teams to manage both daily operations and data feeds into/out of the platform

 

Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience using email campaign automation platforms like Salesforce, Xtremepush, Adobe Campaign, Optimove, Acoustic or any other marketing automation/CRM solution
  • Previous experience sending mass and segmented email, SMS, and/or push notifications at an enterprise level.
  • Experience with Google Analytics platform
  • Experience with implementing promotions and using platforms with promotional capabilities
  • Experience with web CMS solutions such as Adobe AEM or Agility a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing with a focus on customer acquisition and retention
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
  • Ownership mindset regarding player marketing program and its performance
  • Open-minded towards the ideas and views of others, contribute to building team spirit, and aid others to succeed
  • Ability to pivot directions based off campaign results or the input of others to make campaigns more successful
  • Highly motivated, organized, able to multi-task, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines

At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $55,631 - $98,467. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

 

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program.  Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.  In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance.
