Overview

We’re looking for a curious, proactive, and people-focused Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll help bring our products to life for customers by connecting their needs with our technology. You’ll work closely with product and support teams while partnering directly with customers to deliver engaging presentations, meaningful demos, and hands-on experiences that drive confidence, adoption, and long-term success.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead engaging product presentations and onboarding sessions that help customers get value quickly.
  • Support product demos and proof-of-concept activities, highlighting real-world use cases and benefits.
  • Gather customer feedback, questions, and success stories to help shape future product enhancements.
  • Partner with product, sales, and support teams to align on customer needs and priorities.
  • Stay up to date on product features, enhancements, and roadmap developments.
  • Help create clear, user-friendly presentation materials and product documentation.
  • Contribute product insights and customer use cases to RFPs and proposal responses.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer engagement, training, enablement, or a related role.
  • Experience working with technology or enterprise software products is a plus.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in helping customers succeed.

At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $59,795 - $122,400. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

 

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program.  Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.  In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance. Note: programs are subject to eligibility requirements.
