Job Summary:

The Product Trainer plays a key role in building product knowledge, capability, and confidence across retailer, agent, operator, and employee audiences. As part of the Marketing team, this role is responsible for designing, coordinating, and delivering engaging training programs that support business performance, product adoption, and sales growth. The successful candidate will create impactful learning experiences, maintain training resources, evaluate program effectiveness, and continuously improve training content and delivery methods. Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement product training programs, materials, and learning curricula for retailers, agents, operators, and employees.
Coordinate, schedule, and facilitate regular training sessions in alignment with established standards and business priorities.
Deliver engaging training through multiple learning formats, including classroom, field-based, practical, and hands-on sessions.
Create and maintain training aids, manuals, handbooks, reference guides, and supporting documentation.
Monitor participant engagement and learning outcomes, making recommendations to enhance training effectiveness and learner experience.
Develop and analyze training evaluations, feedback surveys, and effectiveness reports to measure impact and identify opportunities for improvement.
Maintain accurate training records, curriculum databases, attendance data, and certification tracking systems.
Conduct field visits and on-site training sessions to support product awareness, sales execution, and retailer capability development.
Coordinate all training logistics, including venues, equipment, materials, accommodation, catering, and other operational requirements.
Manage training facilities and equipment to ensure a professional and effective learning environment.
Support certification processes, including preparation, distribution, monitoring, and renewal activities.
Partner with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure training programs are delivered efficiently and consistently.
Stay informed on adult-learning principles, facilitation techniques, and training best practices to continuously enhance learning outcomes.
Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and customer-focused culture where all participants feel respected, supported, and empowered to succeed.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Minimum of three (3) years of experience in sales, training, learning and development, or a related field.
Experience delivering training programs in FMCG, retail, consumer products, gaming, lottery operations, or other regulated environments is preferred.
Demonstrated expertise in training design, facilitation, and knowledge transfer.
Strong presentation, coaching, and group facilitation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Proven planning, organization, and time-management capabilities.
Ability to assess training effectiveness, analyze feedback, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt learning approaches to meet audience needs.
Experience maintaining training records, learning documentation, and performance reporting.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build productive relationships across teams and external partners.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a dynamic business environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and other learning or training management tools.
Willingness to travel locally to deliver in-person training and support field-based learning initiatives.
