Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Market Research Analyst I to support business growth through data-driven insights and market intelligence. In this role, you will analyze market trends, customer behavior, product performance, competitive activity, and campaign effectiveness to help guide strategic business decisions. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will transform complex data into actionable recommendations that enhance sales performance, strengthen brand development, and uncover opportunities for growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market, customer, competitor, and economic data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations that support sales growth and brand development initiatives.
  • Evaluate business and marketing performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand analytical needs and support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare and distribute regular reports on sales performance, marketing activity, and key business metrics.
  • Respond to stakeholder requests for data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence.
  • Support the planning, execution, and evaluation of projects through data-driven analysis.
  • Monitor sales and marketing campaigns to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Analyze historical and current data to develop forecasts and identify future business trends.
  • Assess product performance and market penetration to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate and support market research projects, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance KPI dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner to various stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with business teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data used in reporting and analysis.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and reporting standards.
  • Support special projects and additional analytical assignments as required.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in market research, business analysis, marketing analytics, sales reporting, forecasting, or business intelligence.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience using Power BI and other reporting or analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of data analysis, business reporting, forecasting techniques, and market research methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to present complex information in a clear, concise, and business-focused manner.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proven ability to build collaborative relationships across teams and stakeholders.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong time-management and self-management capabilities.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and process improvement.
  • Master’s degree or professional certification in Marketing, Business Analytics, Sales, Planning, or a related discipline is preferred.
