Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all pre-draw and post-draw activities to ensure smooth execution of live lottery draws
- Collaborate with regulatory stakeholders to maintain strict adherence to approved procedures and uphold draw integrity
- Support the development, documentation, and ongoing maintenance of draw procedures and operational guidelines
- Act as a central point of contact for internal teams and external partners involved in draw production and broadcasting
- Coordinate scheduling and readiness of auditors, presenters, and production teams to ensure timely and accurate draw execution
- Prepare, manage, and distribute all required draw documentation, including logs, reports, and audit materials
- Monitor attendance and punctuality of presenters and auditors, arranging contingency support when needed
- Review presenter scripts to ensure accuracy, clarity, and readiness for live broadcasts
- Support scheduling and validation of presenter work hours and assist with invoice processing
- Coordinate preventative maintenance schedules for draw equipment with relevant vendors
- Assist with studio setup, on-air preparation, and general production support
- Ensure all documentation is securely stored and maintained in accordance with governance standards
- Identify and resolve routine coordination or scheduling issues, escalating complex matters as appropriate
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to confirm readiness across all aspects of the draw process
- Provide general administrative and operational support as required to ensure continuous improvement and efficiency
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Diploma in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a coordination, operations, or administrative support role
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and commitment to following procedures accurately
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated planning, coordination, and problem-solving capabilities in time-sensitive environments
- High level of integrity, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, including Saturdays, based on operational needs
- Adaptability and willingness to support evolving business requirements
- Experience in regulated environments, broadcast operations, or similar settings is an advantage
- Reliable transportation, including ownership of a vehicle, is required
