Responsibilities
- Receive incoming deliveries, inspect shipments for damage, and verify quantities against purchase orders and packing documentation.
- Pick, pack, stage, and ship outbound orders accurately and within established turnaround targets.
- Move materials, parts, and finished product throughout the facility using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by transacting material movements in SAP promptly and correctly, keeping system records aligned with physical stock.
- Support cycle counts and periodic physical inventories, and help resolve variances found during counts.
- Investigate discrepancies in inventory reports, deliveries, and stock levels, and work with the team to correct the underlying cause.
- Stock and organize product in assigned locations, keeping materials accessible, labeled, and stored to standard.
- Maintain replenishment levels in work areas so repair and field service teams have the parts they need without delay.
- Prepare shipping documentation and process packages through automated shipping systems.
- Follow all safety, security, and material handling procedures, including safe equipment operation and proper lifting technique.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and audit ready.
- Follow all company policies, including the Code of Conduct, confidentiality, information security, and environmental compliance requirements.
- Perform other job related duties as assigned to support operational success.
Qualifications
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience
- Minimum of one to two years of warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, or general production experience.
- Experience working in an inventory or ERP system such as SAP is preferred.
Certifications and Licenses
- Forklift experience is required. Certification must be current or obtained upon hire.
Skills and Other Qualifications
- Safe and confident operation of forklifts and other material handling equipment.
- Strong attention to detail with a genuine commitment to inventory accuracy.
- Basic computer skills, including the ability to navigate network folders and enter data into inventory systems. Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is preferred.
- Basic math skills for counts, verification, and reconciliation.
- Ability to read and interpret packing slips, purchase orders, shipping labels, and work instructions.
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision while contributing as a dependable team member.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment and adjusting priorities as the day changes.
- Clear communication with supervisors, technicians, suppliers, and internal partners.
- Dependability and a consistent attendance record.
- Professionalism, work ethic, and personal integrity, consistent with the standards expected in a regulated industry.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the workday.
- Ability to bend, reach at or above shoulder height, and maintain good manual dexterity.
- Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to fifty pounds.
- Ability to move throughout warehouse and distribution areas continuously during the shift.

At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range for this role is $14 – $18. The actual pay offered may be higher or lower. The Company complies with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is one part of our Total Rewards program. Non-exempt roles are eligible for irregular discretionary bonuses. In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance. Note: programs are subject to eligibility requirements.
