Responsibilidades

Atender y canalizar llamadas entrantes.
Aplicar procedimientos y políticas de atención telefónica.
Registrar llamadas en el sistema CRM.
Brindar asesoría sobre productos y servicios.
Dar seguimiento a solicitudes de clientes.
Resolver soporte técnico, consultas, quejas y reclamaciones.
Comunicar necesidades y sugerencias de clientes a los departamentos correspondientes.

Requisitos

Educación mínima requerida: Secundaria.
Experiencia: 1 año en servicio al cliente en un centro de llamadas.
Habilidades: Capacidad para operar una computadora, habilidades básicas de entrada de datos, sólidas habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita, sólidas habilidades de servicio al cliente.
Conocimientos: Office Básico; Call Center atención a clientes avanzado.
