Role Overview

We are expanding our team and looking for a driven and organised Game Producer to oversee the delivery of mobile and desktop instant‑win games.

In this role, you will manage the full game production lifecycle — from early concept and definition through development, certification, and release. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, maintain momentum, and ensure games meet creative, quality, commercial, and regulatory expectations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to creative projects, aligning teams around a shared vision, and delivering high‑quality products in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

Own and manage the end‑to‑end production lifecycle of assigned games
Define and maintain production roadmaps, milestones, and delivery plans aligned with business goals
Partner with artists, animators, engineers, and game designers to shape game vision, mechanics, and features
Develop and maintain clear project documentation, schedules, and delivery plans
Track progress, identify risks and dependencies, and proactively drive mitigation
Act as a central point of coordination across internal teams and key stakeholders
Ensure games meet agreed quality, performance, and compliance standards
Use market and competitor awareness to help inform creative and product decisions
Facilitate reviews, check‑ins, and decision‑making forums to maintain alignment and momentum

Skills & Qualifications

Essential

Experience producing digital products, games, or interactive content
Strong project‑management and organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities
Confidence working with cross‑functional creative and technical teams
Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
Comfortable balancing creative ambition with delivery discipline

Desirable

- Experience in gaming, instant‑win, lottery, or other regulated digital products
- Understanding of game development pipelines and workflows
- Experience supporting certification or regulated launches
- Passion for games and player experience
