Responsibilities
Here is what a day in the life of an Inventory Control Coordinator looks like:
- Ensures security and accountability of inventory through SAP transaction documentation, process and procedure verification, and system review.
- Develops and executes replenishment strategies; conducts physical inventories and cycle counts.
- Systematically and physically audits incoming and outgoing shipments during research to assure and accuracy.
- Compiles and documents all transactions for daily data entry.
- Communication via verbal and/ or email to assure customer service.
- Move EGM's, Raw Materials and Parts by using heavy and light machinery.
- Perform associated work within Field Service, Shipping and various Warehouses.
- Maintain stock in associated work areas in multiple storage locations throughout Nevada.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to work with very heavy workloads under a tight schedule
- Fork Lift experience
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and stand a full shift
- Must be able to work overtime as required
- Must be able to pass security background investigation
- Has basic knowledge of some IGT production and inventory control workflows
- Has understanding of some IGT products
- Has basic knowledge of the gaming industry
- Understanding of SAP inventory and service management transactions
- Attention to detail
- Interface with carriers on line
- 1 to 3 years of experience in inventory control
- Ability to pass a Background Security Investigation
- Able to stand an eight-hour shift
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Able to obtain a Gaming License
- Able to pass a Security Background Investigation
- Able to lift 50 lbs or more

At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $$29,120 - $52,458. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.
