Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory of instant tickets by analyzing individual retailer sales histories as well as monitoring overall instant ticket field inventories to maximize the products’ sale potential.
  • Assist sales and field staff to customize retailer instant ticket inventories by analyzing weekly sales reports and other department production reports.
  • Review and processes incoming ticket orders from sales representatives.
  • Monitor and track order levels to resolve retailer issues where sales and company costs might be affected.
  • May also be involved in administrative related activities.
  • Answer inbound retailer phone calls

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in sales support, telesales, customer service, or related field.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range for this role is up to $19.00. The actual pay offered may be higher or lower. The Company complies with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

 

Base pay is one part of our Total Rewards program. Non-exempt roles are eligible for irregular discretionary bonuses. In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance.
