What You’ll Do

- Collaborate for Impact: Partner with operations, maintenance, and leadership teams to identify opportunities and implement solutions.
- Innovate Boldly: Stay ahead of industry trends in automation, printing, and packaging to bring cutting-edge ideas to life.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of engineering experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in manufacturing process improvement and project management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards for industrial equipment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with flexographic printing and related technologies.
- Familiarity with packaging automation and industrial control systems.
- Certifications in Lean or Six Sigma are a plus.

At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $60,989-$200,500.The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.
