Overview

As an Account Services Coordinator, you'll support Brightstar Lottery’s Account Services team by helping ensure instant ticket games are accurate, organized, and ready for customer delivery. This role contributes throughout the game life cycle through auditing support, data validation, and document coordination. Working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners, the Coordinator helps maintain compliance, quality, and consistency by managing records, preparing deliverables, and supporting audit activities. Work is performed on site at the Lakeland, Florida facility.

What You'll Do

  • Review instant ticket prize structures to ensure mathematical accuracy and identify discrepancies
  • Record and share post‑execution changes to working documentation
  • Enter and maintain game data across systems, spreadsheets, and documents
  • Validate Game Management System data against approved working papers
  • Maintain sample ticket storage and track inventory using shraed spreadsheets
  • Assemble sample ticket marketing packets for customers and internal teams
  • Support preparation of customer deliverables, including game rules and working papers
  • Compile audit requests and supporting documentation for external auditors
  • Scan, organize, and store physical and digital records in accordance with retention standards
  • Retrieve and review records to support audits and compliance reviews
  • Provide general administrative and operational support as needed

What You'll Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two or more years of experience in an administrative, office support, or customer service role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to perform data entry, document editing, and basic reporting
  • Working knowledge of basic math, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform required physical tasks, including standing or walking during a shift

At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range for this role is $24.00 - $25.50. The actual pay offered may be higher or lower. The Company complies with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

 

Base pay is one part of our Total Rewards program. Non-exempt roles are eligible for irregular discretionary bonuses. In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance.
