Overview

As an Account Representative, you will support Brightstar Lottery's Instant Ticket and Fast Play customer portfolio by serving as a trusted advisor, project lead, and subject matter expert throughout the game development lifecycle. You will manage customer relationships, guide product strategy, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful game launches while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role will be located onsite in Lakeland, Florida.
 

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders throughout the game development process.
  • Lead assigned games and projects from concept through launch, ensuring deliverables meet customer expectations and timelines.
  • Collaborate with Game Planners and cross-functional teams to develop specifications, game plans, and product strategies.
  • Analyze customer portfolios, launch schedules, and market trends to provide recommendations that drive performance and profitability.
  • Coordinate design requests, prize structures, game mechanics, and development requirements to support new game creation.
  • Monitor production, printing, and packaging activities to ensure compliance with customer requirements and quality standards.
  • Mentor team members by providing training, guidance, and subject matter expertise while helping prioritize departmental requests.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Printing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 6 years of customer service, account management, or related industry experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in printing, lottery, manufacturing, or a similar industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management, time management, and organizational planning.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and calculations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Experience creating Prize Structures and Guaranteed Low-End Prize Structures (GLEPS).
  • Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems, and work effectively under tight deadlines.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Effective at working independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Capability to lead meetings with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English is required

 

What Will Make You Stand Out

  • Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Printing, or a related field.
  • Foreign language proficiency in French, German, Portuguese, or Spanish.
  • Experience managing or supporting international customer accounts.
  • Previous team lead, supervisory, or people management experience.

 

Physical Requirements

  • Full-time, in-office work schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Ability to travel occasionally within assigned territory, including overnight travel as needed.

At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $40,887 - $115,000. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

 

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program.  Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.  In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance. Note: programs are subject to eligibility requirements.
