Overview

As an Account Executive, you will support Brightstar Lottery's growth by developing strong customer relationships, driving sales performance, and delivering exceptional customer experiences across assigned accounts. This role is responsible for managing the full sales lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and helping customers achieve business objectives while ensuring compliance with lottery regulations and company standards. This role will be located onsite in Lakeland, Florida.
 

What You'll Do

  • Lead the full sales process from concept development through game launch and execution.
  • Develop annual business plans in partnership with account teams to support territory objectives.
  • Achieve revenue, profitability, and license content goals for assigned accounts.
  • Identify customer opportunities and recommend solutions through collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Manage customer contracts and ensure compliance with all applicable requirements and agreements.
  • Coordinate proposals, presentations, and follow-up activities for lottery instant product opportunities.
  • Represent Brightstar at customer meetings, sales events, and industry conferences.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of sales or account management experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to create clear, concise, and effective written communications.
  • Capacity to influence and communicate effectively with customer stakeholders and retail partners.
  • Be able to obtain and maintain required lottery background investigations, licenses, security clearances, and regulatory approvals.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English is required

Physical Requirements

  • Travel within assigned territory approximately 60% of working time.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet vehicle reporting requirements.
  • Ability to travel overnight for sales meetings, project meetings, and customer engagements.

At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $83,696 - $220,000. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

 

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program.  Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.  In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance. Note: programs are subject to eligibility requirements.
