Ruolo:

Siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa da inserire con il ruolo di QA Engineer nel team IT, che contribuirà a garantire la qualità del software attraverso attività di testing manuale e/o automatico, collaborando con sviluppatori, product owner e stakeholder per assicurare la conformità dei prodotti ai requisiti funzionali e non funzionali.

Responsabilità principali:

Supportare l’analisi dei requisiti funzionali e tecnici per definire strategie di test efficaci
Contribuire alla progettazione, creazione ed esecuzione di test plan, test case e test scenario
Eseguire test manuali (funzionali, di regressione, integrazione, UAT)
Collaborare all’implementazione di test automaticiIdentificare, documentare e tracciare i difetti tramite tool di bug tracking
Verificare la risoluzione dei bug e supportare i rilasci in produzione
Collaborare con i team di sviluppo in contesto Agile
Contribuire al miglioramento continuo dei processi di qualità

Requisiti:

Conoscenza di base dei principi di Software Testing e Quality Assurance
Esperienza, anche formativa o di stage, in attività di test funzionali e di regressione
Familiarità con tool di test management e bug tracking (es. Jira, Zephyr, Xray, Cucumber)
Conoscenza base di SQL per attività di verifica dati
Comprensione dei flussi applicativi web e/o mobile
Conoscenza del ciclo di sviluppo software (SDLC)

Nice to have:

Esperienza iniziale con test automation (es. Selenium, JUnit/TestNG, Cypress)
Conoscenza di base di linguaggi di scripting o programmazione (Java, JavaScript, SQL)
Esperienza in ambienti Agile/Scrum
Conoscenza di API testing (Postman, REST)
Certificazioni QA (ISTQB o simili)

Capacità analitiche e di problem solving
Buone capacità comunicative e attitudine al lavoro in team

Qualifica:

Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria Informatica, Informatica o esperienza equivalente.

La posizione è rivolta a profili neolaureati o profili junior con 1- 2 anni di esperienza.

This information reflects Brightstar Lottery’s good-faith estimate of compensation for this position at the time of publication. Actual compensation will be determined in accordance with the applicable collective agreement and internal compensation policies. Factors that we consider include, but are not limited to, role, career level, performance, skills, level of expertise, experience, location, market competitiveness, and internal equity. The estimated starting compensation range is €27,914 – €29,027. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

This position is governed by collective bargaining agreement, which regulates the main terms and conditions of employment, including minimum salary levels, classification, working hours, leave, and other employment rights.
