Responsibilities
As a Training & Promotions Representative, you’ll empower NJ Lottery retailers and engage players through dynamic training and promotional events. This role is perfect for someone who loves building relationships, creating memorable experiences, and driving results.
What You’ll Do:
• Deliver impactful onboarding and product training for new retailers.
• Host promotional events in bars, restaurants, social clubs, and retail locations.
• Connect with players, answer questions, and showcase the thrill of our games.
• Manage promotional materials and track event success.
• Gather feedback and share insights to shape future campaigns.
Qualifications
• 1+ years of training, retail, or promotional experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work evenings/weekends and travel extensively.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.

At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $43,264 - $73,882. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
