Responsibilities

 

•    Collaborate with various segments of the sales organization to understand reporting needs, provide accurate data, and support strategic initiatives.
•    Manage the creation and distribution of scheduled sales reports, maintaining data integrity and providing actionable insights to support the sales team.
•    Work with the Sales Project Manager to support the transition and ongoing management of recurring sales processes and reporting activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and continuity.
•    Assist in the development and tracking of various sales incentive programs across the organization for both internal and external stakeholders.
•    Consistently maintain accurate, well-organized records to support operational efficiency and informed decision-making.
•    Transform complex data into clear, actionable visuals to support strategic business reviews and presentations.
•    Identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes and implement improvements that increase efficiency and accuracy.
•    Analyze data to uncover trends and deliver findings that inform strategic decisions.
•    Effectively communicate and present reporting insights and analysis to sales and cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity and actionable outcomes.
•    Perform other ad hoc analyses and reporting as needed to support evolving business requirements.

Qualifications

 

•    Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in Business, Marketing, or related field
•    2+ years of experience in sales analytics, business reporting, or related discipline
•    Advanced-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel
•    Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
•    Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced setting
•    Excellent communication with the ability to present complex data in a clear, concise manner.
•    Analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
•    Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Business Objects) a plus, but not required

At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $40,887 - $115,000. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

 

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program.  Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.  In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance.
