Responsibilities
Brightstar is in search of a fresh, new leader for the Indianapolis, IN area to serve as a Field Services Supervisor. If responsibilities like leading a team, facilitating and/or participating in cross functional meetings, developing action items, and monitoring and reporting project milestones within the gaming industry excites you, then this is the career for you!
A day in the life of a Field Services Supervisor.
- Under general supervision, plan and supervises work related to the provision of onsite Field Services in an assigned geographical area.
- Projects and duties that encompass multiple market segments to various casino customers from product set up to installations and servicing with preventative maintenance and upgrading gaming systems and equipment.
- Supervise and coordinate the highest possible level of service delivery of daily activities that include:

- 24/7 aftermarket service support for recurring revenue products including planned an unplanned maintenance, jackpot, response, conversions and upgrade installations, onsite maintenance and technical service and coordinating after-hours technical support.
- Part sales and order processing support, e.g., internal order processing, stock transport orders and parts sales and exchange.
- Coordinate employee and/or customer training.
- Plan, organize, prioritize and schedule workflows to support service requirements.

- Provide technical and compliance guidance by helping diagnose problems or interpret procedures.
- Supervise compliance with relevant regulations and regulators.
- Recognize and respond to urgent and or abnormal situations.
- Support the enhancement and protection of Brightstar revenue and assets by contribution to labor analysis, expense control, customer invoice processing, and updating equipment master documentation, promote and enforce safety rules and regulations for area supervised.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
- Typically has 3 to 5 years of electronics, hardware and software, and slot tech/Casino/Gaming experience as well as project or team lead experience.
- Knowledge and understanding of systems architecture and AC/DC fundamentals.
- Knowledge of SAP and strong computer skills.
- Documented networking experience required.
- Knowledge of tools and experience using the tools is required.
- Ability, flexibility, and willingness to work varied shifts, overtime, and travel to client sites as needed.
- Flexibility of work location is a must.
- Must have the ability to maintain a neat appearance and to maintain personal tools for position.
- Must be able to lift 75 pounds and able to stand a full shift.
- Must be able to adapt to various jurisdictions and interface with compliance officers.
- Must have a valid State's driver's license with clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass Brightstar's security background check.
Preferred:
- A+ Certification, N+ Certification or similar certifications are a plus.
- Able to work in adverse conditions for an extended period of time.
- Ability to follow policies, procedures and safety guidelines.
- Work well under pressure and take direction from supervision.
