Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Clarity Developer/Administrator to maintain and support Brightstar’s Clarity PPM application. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to accuracy and timeliness.
Job Title: Clarity Developer/Administrator
Location: Hyderabad (hybrid role)
Main Responsabilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve Clarity application issues.
- Manage system configurations, user access, roles and permissions.
- Monitor system performance, availability and security.
- Manage deployment, updates, backups and system upgrades.
- Provide technical support and training to users.
- Maintain system documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Monitor and resolve time entry errors in collaboration with end users.
- Assist the Clarity PPM technical team with testing new releases and system updates.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience with Clarity PPM Administration (on-prem and Cloud).
- Proven experience as a Software Developer and Systems Administrator or a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g. Java, Python)
- Experience with databases (e.g. SQL Server, Oracle, Postgres)
- Understanding of system administration, user management, and security best practices.
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Working knowledge of SAP systems and integration processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Flexibility to support off-hours and weekend work during peak periods.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a timekeeping or project administration role.
- Familiarity with financial reporting and audit processes.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams involving IT, Finance, and HR.
