Short Description
The Manager, Digital Signage Solutions is a product management leader responsible for shaping the strategy, evolution, and market success of Brightstar’s digital signage platform.
This role owns the full product lifecycle, from defining vision and roadmap through delivery, deployment, and continuous optimization, ensuring the platform delivers value at scale.
The role partners closely with internal teams and external customers to deliver a reliable, cloud‑native, and future‑ready solution that supports lotteries, retailers, and regulated environments.
This leader applies hands-on experience with complex, distributed digital signage ecosystems to modernize capabilities, integrate data and AI-driven insights, and deliver measurable business and customer outcomes.
The position emphasizes inclusive collaboration, data-informed decision-making, and customer-centered product leadership.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for Brightstar’s digital signage solutions.
- Translate customer needs, market trends, and business objectives into clear product requirements, outcomes, and success metrics.
- Establish, monitor, and continuously refine key performance indicators to guide product evolution using data and insights.
- Lead discovery and definition of new capabilities, including cloud-native scalability, real-time device management, analytics, and workflow automation.
- Ensure core digital signage functions such as content authoring, asset management, scheduling, preview, and deployment readiness are fully leveraged and modernized.
- Drive the transition from legacy or early-generation implementations to a secure, multi-tenant, cloud-native platform.
- Partner with architecture and engineering teams to ensure reliability, performance, security, and scalability aligned with organizational standards.
- Lead product readiness for large-scale deployments across diverse jurisdictions, devices, and retailer environments.
- Define operational workflows for provisioning, monitoring, updates, and lifecycle management of digital signage networks.
- Collaborate with operations, marketing, and customer teams to support pilots, go-to-market readiness, and broad market launches.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities to apply AI and automation, including content optimization, predictive monitoring, operational insights, and intelligent workflows.
- Communicate product direction, trade-offs, and outcomes clearly to senior and executive stakeholders.
- Mentor and influence cross-functional teams through strong product management practices and inclusive leadership.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in product management or product leadership roles with ownership of software or platform products.
- Strong understanding of content management systems, device management, cloud-native architectures, and SaaS delivery models.
- Proven ability to define product strategy, translate vision into execution, and deliver measurable business impact.
- Experience working with cross-functional and globally distributed teams in collaborative environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience deploying and managing digital signage solutions at scale in retail, regulated, or distributed settings.
- Hands-on experience modernizing or replacing legacy platforms with cloud-native solutions.
- Experience with AI-enabled product capabilities such as analytics, automation, optimization, or personalization.
- Familiarity with large-scale device fleets, IoT-style communication patterns, and real-time monitoring.
- Experience in regulated or highly operational environments such as lottery, gaming, or large retail networks.
- Strong communication skills, customer empathy, and a commitment to inclusive, respectful teamwork.
