Job Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator I supports the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and product performance. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and retail partners to deliver campaigns on time and within budget while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The position also contributes to data analysis, reporting, and market research initiatives, helping translate insights into actionable improvements. As a brand ambassador, this role promotes collaboration, inclusion, and a positive team environment where everyone can contribute and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and traditional channels
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, content, and deliverables to ensure timely and high-quality execution
  • Assist in delivering promotional initiatives for products, including draw-based and instant offerings
  • Contribute to the creation and management of marketing materials such as point-of-sale assets, email campaigns, social content, and web updates
  • Ensure all communications align with brand guidelines and comply with industry regulations and responsible standards
  • Support social media management and website updates to maintain an engaging and accurate digital presence
  • Track and analyze campaign performance across channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising
  • Assist in compiling reports and dashboards, providing insights to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Monitor sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to support marketing strategies and optimization
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment and successful delivery of initiatives

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, ideally within gaming, entertainment, retail, or consumer-focused industries
  • Understanding of marketing fundamentals, including segmentation, targeting, and campaign execution
  • Experience supporting multi-channel campaigns across digital and offline environments
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and reporting dashboards
  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams
  • Experience coordinating with vendors, agencies, or external partners is preferred
